“Catalyst Circles helped me recognize my voice, strengthen my leadership, and see myself as someone who can create meaningful solutions for my community.”
With a background in advocacy and community work, including experience at the State Capitol, she entered Catalyst Circles seeking to better understand how her existing experience could translate into Community Health Worker practice. Through the program, she strengthened her understanding of the CHW role, community centered advocacy, strategic communication, relationship building, systems navigation, and problem solving. She leaves the program with greater confidence in applying her experience to support communities and create meaningful impact.

Perry Jue is a Catalyst Circles graduate with a background in environmental science and a growing interest in Community Health Work. She is passionate about connecting environmental health, social support, and community resources to help people overcome barriers and improve their well being.
