Unique Catalyst LLC ("Unique Catalyst," "we," "us") operates Catalyst Learning, Catalyst Hub, and the Catalyst Circles Community website (together, the "Services"). 1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, mailing address (if provided), account login details, profile information, enrollment and payment details, interest and partner forms, messages and support requests, testimonials and graduate stories you choose to submit, and any photos you upload.

• Learning records: enrollment, attendance, live session participation, training hours, module and workbook completion, quiz and assignment results, submissions and uploads, field experience records, instructor feedback, grades, progress reports, Catalyst Track results, certificates and transcripts.

• Career readiness information (Catalyst Hub and Catalyst Track): résumés, career interests, mentorship and professional development records, and visibility settings you choose.

• Automatic information: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and timestamps, collected through essential cookies and basic site analytics. We do not sell this information and do not use it for targeted advertising.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account, deliver programs, track attendance and hours, grade work, issue certificates and transcripts, and verify credentials when you or an employer asks.

• To communicate with you about your enrollment, sessions, reminders, support, and program updates.

• To process payments and keep business, tax and accounting records.

• To improve our programs and Services, including combined, de identified reporting to funders and partners.

• To protect the Services, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. Artificial intelligence (AI)

Some features use AI tools to help staff work faster; for example, organizing written progress notes into draft records, or providing feedback in third party practice tools such as Big Interview. AI output is reviewed by our staff before it becomes part of your official record. We do not use AI to make final decisions about your grades, completion, certificates, or eligibility; those decisions are made by people.

4. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for learning, quality and record keeping purposes. We announce when a session is being recorded. Recordings are shared only with enrolled participants of that cohort and authorized staff, and are not posted publicly without your separate written permission.

5. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who run the Services for us, under their own privacy and security terms, including: Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting, database and sign in), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (account and program emails), Google (Google Meet and Google Classroom), Teachable (course content), Big Interview (résumé and interview training), and AI providers used inside these tools.

• With employers, partners or verifiers only when you ask us to, or when you make information visible through your own settings (for example, verifying a certificate or sharing a résumé).

• With funders or workforce partners as de identified or combined statistics, or with your name only if your program agreement says so or you give permission.

• When required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

6. Third party platforms

Big Interview, Teachable, Google, Stripe and other linked platforms have their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control how they handle your data. Please review their policies before using them. We never ask for your password to a third party platform.

7. How long we keep information

We keep learning records, certificates and transcripts for as long as needed to verify your completion; generally at least seven (7) years after your program ends; so you can request proof of training later. We keep payment records as required for tax purposes. Other account information is kept while your account is active and deleted or de identified within a reasonable time after you ask us to close it, unless we must keep it by law.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and role based permissions so that only you and authorized staff can see your private records. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You may: see the information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; download a copy of your records; change your communication preferences; opt out of marketing emails at any time (account and program emails will still be sent); and ask us to delete your account, subject to records we must keep (such as issued certificates and payment records). California residents may have additional rights under California law. To make a request, email hello@theuniquecatalyst.com or use the Privacy & Account settings where available. We respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for making a request.

10. Do Not Track

Our Services do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do not track you across other websites.

11. Age

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date, and notify account holders of important changes by email or in the Services. Continuing to use the Services after the update means you accept it.
